To reduce waste, items in the store are made to order.  Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment process, we do not offer returns or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store.  Exchanges can only be made if there is a defect in the actual product.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to use the sizing chart on the product page to verify the correct size before placing an order.
